A World Where There Are Octobers

I went out to take pictures of leaves one day, but they are mostly all still green....

We went to the air show on the 14th.

I think this was the Warthog? They said they called them Warthogs because they're so ugly, but honestly, I didn't think they were that bad!

This little bastard... landed on my foot TWICE and just sat there like he owned the place. It was huge! I did not get stung though!

Mom got two cakes for her birthday this year!

Georgia won against Florida, and it had to be our matching outfits! Haha 😂

October is almost over! And it's finally starting to get chilly out! We only have two months left in 2018. How did that happen?!

It's Fall, Y'all

It's fall! And we have finally started experiencing some of that crisp, cool, fall air I love so much! I love being able to sleep with my window open!

But I wasn't really prepared for it. I always check the weather on my phone, but my brain just couldn't compute what 45 degrees felt like because it had been so long. So when I walked out to my car in the morning, it was a little shocking. But in the best way possible!

So I threw together a little what I'm listening to these days, and will call it the fall playlist. Hah!

Bokeh! Wait, What's That!? And a Halloween Video!

So. I had said that I was hoping to do another video soon, and I really wanted to include some bokeh since we have our Halloween tree lit up!

I don't even know how to begin to explain what "bokeh" is (or even how to say it for that matter), but this is essentially what it looks like:

You've probably seen it before and just didn't know what the name of it was. So now you know!

Anyways, I've seen it done a bunch of cool ways, my favorite is with lights, but I had also seen some where you can change the shape of the lights in the photos. So I looked around and found a few tutorials on how to do it, but none were super helpful. Except maybe this one. It showed how to make the lens covers. In the future, I think I will be using a different, no tape method. But it was good to start.

On to the movie! Kinda ran out of time so I definitely didn't spend as much time as I should have on it, but its okay! I was just glad to do something because it's been a minute since I've made a video! Not exactly the vibe I was going for, but eh. Just practicing!
